While coaching does differ from therapy, I believe that all of my life experiences inform my offerings, including my own unique healing journey combined with my background in clinical psychology. 

Coaching services are more structured and directive, and integrate a variety of holistic healing practices. Sessions are typically 90 minutes and include 60 minutes of coaching followed by 30 minutes direct experience of a healing practice. 

 

As your coach, I am equally committed to co-creating a supportive space and strong relationship, in which to explore, learn, heal, and grow. ​Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your journey.

Preparation and Integration Coaching

Dr. Sarah offers individualized support for those preparing for, and returning from, spiritual journeys including; vision quests, pilgrimages, extended international travel, vipassana retreats, work with psychedelic plant medicines, and more. 

Dr. Sarah works from a unique perspective that integrates her own personal experiences with a variety of professional training. This includes her time at the Temple of the Way of Light, and Psychedelic Integration course featuring Rachel Harris, PhD.

Dr. Sarah acknowledges the difficulties and challenges that often arise following deeply healing experiences. Individuals may experience feelings of isolation, confusion, displacement, sadness, and/or overwhelm, often related to cognitive dissonance that develops due to conflict between new understandings and previously held beliefs.

Through our work together we will identify specific strategies to facilitate the integration of these healing experiences and create lasting change.

Personal Wellness Coaching

We all want to be our "best self."

 

As human beings we are all perfectly unique, and therefore; our "best selves" are innately different. There is no comprehensive prescription for personal growth and wellness. It is quite common to have a nagging suspicion, that "this isn't really me," or "this isn't really what I want," or to have an inexplicable longing for something different - but to not know what "different" looks like.

Wellness coaching begins by taking the time to get curious - to explore and play - and figure out: What does wellness mean to me right now? How do I want to show up for myself? How do I want to show up in my relationships? How do I want to show up for my work in the world?

Through ongoing collaboration, specific goals are identified, holistic strategies and practices are introduced, and progress is monitored and reflected upon.
